A ribbon cutting ceremony was held December 5 for Bellevue’s Expedia CruiseShipCenters franchise, which is now under the direction of new owners Laura and Cat Bradord. Guests were treated to lunch, met the experienced staff members and learned about the agency’s comprehensive line of travel services that encompass everything from weekend getaways to world tours.

Home2 Suites by Hilton now accepting reservations

Home2 Suites by Hilton in One Bellevue Place is now accepting reservations for stays beginning January 24, 2020. The long-awaited opening will add 109 all-suite hotel rooms to the Bellevue area.

The hotel is located across from The Well, Sprouts Farmers Market and Bar Louie.

According to director of sales, Stella Lochmiller, each guest suite will be furnished with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes. Hotel amenities include an indoor saline pool, fitness center, complimentary WiFi and gas grills. In addition, a complimentary breakfast will be served daily from 6 to 10 a.m.

 

Owned by Amit Patel of Harmony Hospitality, the Home2 Suites by Hilton will cater to extended stay guests, but will also tap into Nashville’s lucrative leisure market by offering a high-quality and affordable alternative to downtown hotels.

The First Horizon Foundation is now accepting grant applications for its 2020 funding consideration for nonprofits operating in the Nashville area.

Local Business Coach to release new book for entrepreneurs

Andy Bailey, a Franklin-based entrepreneur, business coach, author and public speaker, will release his second book, “Vitamin B (For Business),” via Advantage Media, on January 7.

 

The founder and CEO of executive coaching firm Petra Coach, Bailey has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, starting his first business when he was a high school teenager.
