The annual Food Drive for the Bellevue Community Food Bank concludes this weekend with donations collected at the Kroger stores at 8141 Highway 100 and 7087 Highway 70 South.
The Food Drive began on December 1 and continues through December 7.
Kroger is making it easy to participate by providing shopping bags that are pre-filled with non-perishable food, household and personal hygiene products that may be purchased at checkout. Prices are $10 for a small bag or $20 for a large bag. Customers may also make their own purchases.
Adding to the holiday spirit this year will be live music performed by Bellevue musicians on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at both locations.
Musicians from Bandwagon Music & Repair will perform at the Highway 70 store from 10 to 11 a.m. Enoch Manor form World Music Nashville takes over from 11 a.m. to Noon.
Rebecca Boles from World Music Nashville will perform at the Highway 100 store 10 to 11:30 a.m.
