The grand opening of the Bellevue Regional Community Center headlines this weekend’s event calendar. There’s also a full slate of live theater and music attractions at Bellevue’s usual haunts.

Grand Opening

The long-awaited grand opening of the new Bellevue Regional Community Center takes place Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. Attractions include street hockey, music, fitness demonstrations and pottery, painting and drawing demonstrations. Among the dignitaries on hand will be Nashville Mayor John Cooper, Councilwoman Gloria Hausser and Ford Ice Center GM Danny Butler. Admission is free.
