Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille Announces Grand Opening for First Tennessee Location in Cool Springs.
It’s been a year like no other, especially for the restaurant industry. But there are encouraging signs of exciting days ahead.
Among them is the addition of a new, upscale steakhouse in Cool Springs. That’s where Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille will open its first Tennessee location on February 18 at 5028 Aspen Grove Drive.
Now in it’s fourth decade, Perry’s has evolved from a small Houston butcher shop to become one of the nation’s premier, award-winning steakhouses. Perry’s remains true to its neighborhood meat market roots by serving butcher-fresh USDA aged prime steaks and its signature offering, a seven-finger-high pork chop. The restaurant also features seafood, flaming desserts and its social centerpiece, Perry’s Bar 79.
“We’ve been waiting for the right moment to introduce Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille to Tennessee and are excited to finally make our way into the greater Nashville area,” said Chris Perry, founder and owner of Perry’s Restaurants. “A city known for its Southern hospitality, Nashville is a perfect fit for Perry’s signature service and dedication to quality.”
Designed in partnership with renowned restaurant architect Aria Group Architects, Inc., the freestanding 11,000 square-foot restaurant will seat up to 350 guests at full capacity but will open adhering to social distancing guidelines and upholding the highest cleaning standards.
Perry’s Cool Springs’ main dining room will provide unobstructed view of the entire space, including a glance at chef creations in the kitchen and glimpses of Bar 79 through a spectacular wine wall. With a vibrant color palette and extensive use of glass elements, the décor deliberately creates an inviting ambience that is appropriate for all occasions.
The new location also includes four private dining rooms that are ideal for meetings and family celebrations. Bar 79, which draws its name from the year Perry’s was founded, is known for its energetic vibe and will feature an island bar with glass walls that open to seasonal outdoor dining.
When the Cool Springs location opens, it will join a lineup that includes Perry’s steakhouse locations throughout Texas and in Birmingham, Chicago, Denver, Miami and Raleigh.
Operating hours will be Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 4 to 10 p.m. and Sunday 4 to 9 p.m. The full menu will be available for car-side TO-GO every day from 11 a.m. to close.
