Finally, “Sweet Heat” is opening at Honey Fire BBQ One Bellevue Place.

Beginning today, Nov. 19th, for a sneak peek during lunch, then open for regular service beginning on Monday, Nov. 26!

Bellevue resident since 2011, Shane Nasby said the idea of opening a restaurant in the heart of his community is right on point.

HoneyFire Barbeque’s unique taste is best described as “sweet heat”. “All of the sauces and rubs are made with real Tennessee honey and a blend of spices, and cooked on an Ole Hickory Smoker, one of the best commercial cookers available. Like the name implies, sauces and rubs are cooked with just the right blend of “sweet and heat,” then smoked on location for several hours using hickory wood.

If your mouth is watering like mine, you’re glad Honey Fire is finally opening.  Hours of operation will be Sunday-Thursday: 11am – 9pm, and Friday- Saturday: 11am – 10pm. Stop by and support Shane and Angela Nasby.
